The Third Space

Members of this luxury London gym chain, which has clubs in Soho and Marylebone, are believed to include Prince Harry and film-maker Guy Ritchie, who it is reported is a fan of the gym’s wrestling room. Facilities also include a boxing ring, three-storey high climbing wall and a hypoxic chamber that allows users to exercise at reduced oxygen levels to an altitude of 8,500 feet.

And for those seeking less strenuous forms of exercise, why not try out the chlorine-free pool, luxury spa, pilates studio or retro gym?

The club – which says it brings together the best experts and facilities to cater for all requirements in exercise, health, medicine, nutrition and fun – also provides equipment that allows users with restricted shoulder or ankle mobility to get the benefit of a work-out.

How much? The Third Space has a joining fee of £50, after which monthly membership starts at £159.
