Property Group Grosvenor is pushing ahead with its plans for an ‘enterprise hub’ in the heart of Belgravia by signing a deal with shared workspace provider, Central Working.
Due to be completed in Spring 2018, the new co-working space and hub for creative enterprise is to open at Eccleston Yards near Victoria in South Belgravia.
The new development of 19 units will be a destination in itself, boasting fashion retail outlets, food outlets and co-working centres.
The UK-wide Central Working, which supports the growth of SMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs, is helping Grosvenor to transform this part of Belgravia with the creation of a space which encourages and facilitates collaboration and co-working.
Head of Commercial Leasing at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, Charles Howard, said:
The space is being designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman, and will consist of a series of buildings surrounding a central courtyard.
