However hard you work to find the right tenants, taking references and checking their background, and however hard we work with you, the reality is that occasionally something can go wrong. In this event, you may find yourself in need of corporate recovery services.
There are exceptions, of course, but tenants don’t intend to become insolvent. If it were possible to know in advance who would suffer this indignity, then we would help you avoid entering into a lease with that person. But these things happen, and when they happen to you, the best way forward is to take immediate action to mitigate the negative effects.
Effective corporate recovery is concerned with minimising loss and reducing, as far as possible, the time it takes to move on to a new agreement with a new (and solvent) tenant. This can be more complicated than it seems, given a legal framework which will sometimes seem to lean too far to the side of the debtor and not have enough concern for the rights of the creditor.
When it comes to property, there can be some tangled circumstances to unravel. But Best Gapp has a great deal of experience in this area, and we’ll devise the best strategy for you.
