As CN Traveller puts it: “Ranging from small affairs with daily changing menus from up-and-coming chefs to Michelin-starred spots with fresh new menus, these are London’s new restaurants we’ve got our eye on right now.”

Here are four of the new restaurants featured in the list:

1 ABC Kitchens, Belgravia

London’s version of the three ABC Kitchens in New York is led by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and based in a new hotel, The Emory. According to CN Traveller it has, “a focus on outstanding ingredients and overwhelming taste.” The menu is based around sharing plates, such as spring pea guacamole or scallop tartare.

This much anticipated opening by legendary restraunteur Jeremy King of Le Caprice, The Ivy and J Sheekey fame is “bursting with British and European classics, including salmon fishcakes with sorrel sauce, shepherd’s pie and beer-battered haddock and chips.”
